one of the many indians netting out there is freinds with my fishing buddy, the suquamish tribe has had chico bay almost completly blocked off by nets. he said told my buddy when he was diving to retrieve his net anchors or something he chased a 18 ish lb steelhead into one of his cut nets. they've been getting keeper blackmouth, steelhead, and chrome silvers as of friday out there. its a shame
