Well, I see that the BIA is already funding the Samish's lawsuit to the tune of $100K.

Maybe they can find a real liberal judge that will rule in favor of the Samish retroactively.
That way the tribe could be awarded millions (or billions) of federal tax dollars for fish the tribe "would of" caught since 1974.
