These be hippers Nympher, not chest-highs.

I use them (neoprenes) on pretty regular basis in AK in the summer (wear breathables all fall/winter here) both on the boat and when I take people out clamming. I love 'em and would highly recommend them over the rubber ones if you don't mind spending the extra dough. I got my last set from Cabelas
