Dan, is it all that bad. I've never had a problem with stuff being repaired via mail? Do they give everyone the third degree. I for one would not take it at the cost of a rod. I've heard this before. Give me crap and I'll walk. Fix my rod and would let them know where my bus. is going from there on out! I always sent a quick letter explaining the reason for failure. So far so good, but like I said I've heard that customer servive was and wasn't great at the front door. Might depend on who you talk to or how to talk with them? what
