I had a 4 cyl Volvo go under once and sit in the salt water for a couple of days... We drained water out as best we could, once it was refloated then ran kerosene thru it cylinders, fuel lines, carb etc. drained and repeated the procedure turning the engine over a couple of times,,,drained again put gas in and fired it up, smoked a little, think maybe we drained oil and did kerosene thing there also---------was a long time ago!!!!!!!
