There are around 80,000 people on the no-fly list now and the number is going up. Many on the list are people who are Bush critics. With the mindset of the Bushies, critics are enemies of the state.

Lupo said awhile back that he had been visited by Homeland Security agents. It is not inconceivable that he might be on the no-fly list.
