Horse crap. Reagans policies allowed the run up under Clinton and Willy managed it well. The Surplus was a myth. The rev's where already headed in the toilet the last half of Clinton's second term and were unsustainable and they were spoken for just from normal spending before GW even spent a dime. While the spending is out of control by everyone and I beleive that all of them are tax and spend whores. Bush's economic policies are sound. Thsi hand wringing about spenid your childs future is just that hand wringing.
