Although Dick Cheney is near the top of my least liked list, and I am enjoying all the jokes at his expense, it does not look like he got special treatment with the warning. Evidently (and this is from the "liberal" media, so who knows?) this is a new stamp introduced 5 months ago and all that did not have it get a warning and a ticket to pay the $7 fee.
