the ATF is a government unto itself with basically no checks and balances to it.....the entire deptmartment(along with all administrative agencies) needs to be re-organised to allow for public accountability......

the ATF can come to your house and shoot your dog or kids or whife or whatever they want and you will be able to do nothing about it...without an act of congress- administrative agencies are allowed to apoint their own ALJ(administrative law judge) and its impossible to get any accountability out of a judge that they appoint to look over themselves...

these administrative agencies account for almost all of US government growth-(not liberals) and these agencies are taking the power from the people everywhere they occour in our government. these agencies are anti- american in there essence because they subvert the idea of checks and balances and puts the legislative, executive and judicial checks and balances all under one roof
