Yada yada yada, talk talk talk. I'm sick of all this blather about what the "elites" are doing to us.

As long as people know more about "The Simpsons" than the First Amendment to the Constitution or "People" magazine and playing music as loud as can be humanly tolerated is more important than becoming informed about the issues that really affect us, we have absolutely no excuses for the fate that we will suffer.

No amount of self-sufficiency will keep our enemies or the wolf from our door. We will have no one to blame but ourselves.

Only an informed electorate voting at 80 percent or more will provide any hope for us. If we can't get off our dead butts for a couple of hours on election day, we don't deserve "freedom".
