The whole court cases as tv commentary/news is just wrong. It's getting to the point that cases receive so much pretrial press that it's hard to find people without preconceived ideas of the guilt or innocence of the parties involved. The pretrial court 'news' can compromise the integrity of our whole court system. While I believe in the right of the people to know, there has to be some middle ground to provide information but not to the extent of the sensationalism of the tv mouth pieces.
The talking heads and their 'experts' are no better than a supermarket tabloid.
