The current push for the "guest worker" program that GW has been touting isn't just for people to pick tomatoes. It would allow a flood of skilled workers to enter tne U.S. outside of the H1B program which currently has a cap. Wouldn't Microsoft or other large Hi Tech companies love to hire three engineers for the cost of one currently working for them. Southern border states already have "right to work " laws that have lowered wages for the construction business, electricians and plumbers. If any one here remembers there was a push here several years to introduce right to work laws in our own state.
