Perhaps your credulity isn't and issue for the ODNI. And since even professionals can misinterpret the data a laymans take could be considered not so common sensical.
I am curious as to why they feel the need to publish the analyses anyway. Seem they could save $ by jus makeing the data available via the FOIA. You want it go find it in the archives. No website necessary.
