I have a .pdf file of the Dept. of Ecology's analysis of what I-933 would mean to protecting the air, water, and the rest of the environment here in Washington State.

It's not very complimentary...one thing I didn't think of earlier is that I-933 would make it impossible for the state to comply with the National Flood Insurance Association requirements, so flood insurance wouldn't be available in Washington anymore.

(For those of you who don't know, Flood Insurance is only given to people who live in states where the state agencies have restrictions on where and how you can build in a flood plain...I-933 would remove Ecology's ability to keep Washington in compliance with NFIA's requirements, so the NFIA would pull flood insurance in Washington.)

It's a 20 page file, but I could post it...unfortunately it's not on a server somewhere, I just have an electronic copy...

If anyone wants a copy, send me an e-mail...
