Heard about the new "Boost 'em" Law? If a kid is less that 4'9" then they have to sit in a belted booster seat or it's ticket time.

However if you're a 4 foot 8 inch adult (actually over 8 years old, I believe), it's OK to not sit in a booster seat.

Now break it down.....As a short adult you can make up your own mind whether or not you want to die by the damage a seat belt can cause in a crash.

But not with a helmet on a motorcyle?

With this and other STUPID ***** LAWS how can anyone think that our local idiots deserve to be in office?

I'm convinced that our lovely Gov is only interested in cash for her pet projects. When money is short, just widen the loop on the noose and catch more freshly created "outlaws". This is such a pathetic state...
