What we are talking about in "real world" terms is small businesses, small farms, and the like.

I came from a family of Montana dirt farmers, the profit margin on small farms is razor thin, going into debt is a death nail. There is this saying amongst farmers, "Land rich - Dollar poor."

Small farmers who do not incorporate and play a tax shell game, loose thier land by the death tax forclosure. Many families are forced to sell out.

So what it comes down to is a well organized slow but steady confiscation of land owners farms and the return of the land to the state.
