Speaking of doom and gloom, bush* made a comment in his press conference this morning that went a little something like this, "...Amid this time of change, I have a message for those on the front lines. To our enemies: Do not be joyful. Do not confuse the workings of our democracy with a lack of will."

What exactly do you suppose he was implying about the Dems winning? Think it had anything to do with his comments last week about "a vote for the Democrats is a vote for the terrorists" or "...if the Democrats win, the terrorists win, and America loses"?

That's a great attitude from the guy who's supposedly president.

Of course later in the press conference he was muttering something about "reaching across the aisle" and "bipartisanship".
