About a month ago, I cured up a nice batch of eggs using pro-cure, put them in a ziplock bag and tossed them in the fridge.

The other day I was heading out to the river and when I took the eggs out, I noticed that there was some mold (not a lot) growing on them. Not sure what happened. When drying, I even tented a piece of paper over the top to keep dust and mold spores off.

But, what my question is, are these eggs still okay to fish? Should have lasted a lot longer then a month.
