On the WDFW site it mentions a guy and cohorts that are facing 120 Fish and Wildlife violations, 30 counts of trafficing in fish and wildlife, 34 commercial fishing violations fishing in closed seasons, areas. 200,00 pounds of Geouduck at a value of 1.3 million dollars was taken, along with 85,000 pound of crab. The list goes on and on. The question that i have is how in the hell did this large scale operation go undetected for so long? This happened in the Nisqually Delta area and not in the Bearing Sea in a remote part of Alaska. Kudos to enforcement but if this sh-- is going on right under their noses how many small scale operations are out there. I say hang the guy up by the balls and drop him naked into a tub full of angry crabs with a can of cat food as underwear. Someone is gonna tear up his geouduck in the the prison system. Serves him right.....
