Yesterday it happened again, Skagit poaching at its worst!!
Someone broke into the Barnaby Slough fish trap and took an estimated 30 fish from the trap.

This isn't the first time this has happened at Barnaby and in a year of little to no returns of Winter hatchery fish to the Puget Sound area rivers this will surely take its toll on meeting this years escapement goals.

If you fish the Skagit or any of the area rivers by all means keep your ears open, guys that stupid seldom keep their mouths shut and quantities such as this are seldom kept for personal use.
