Problem I've always had fishing around that area is that it seems to only be good on an outgoing tide for me, and this weekend it's all incomer all morning. As a result I'm fishing the slag pile in Tacoma if the south wind hits like they predict, or Point Neill off of Quartermaster if it's still coming from the north.
