Thats why I like winter,spring and early summer fisheries,lots of water,unplesant weather.Seems to me we do'nt see these toads till the weather warms and the water drops.I do'nt think that any thing will change till there is a gamie posted at every snagging hole ,writing tickets and we know that will never happen
