For all you "guide's" out there, You better reread your coast guard books before you put that propane heater back into your boats this winter. Depending on what kind of boat you are operating, you may be risking paying a heavy fine that may be more than what your boat is currently worth.

Check it out, and let me know if I am wrong! That was the law 6 years ago, and I have not seen any changes as of yet...but maybe they have!
