last i checked they changed the limit on the Grand Ronde to 3 steelhead sometime in the fall and i could find nothing that showed when the increased limit ended on the department website. Is the rule change suppose to continue on until the end of the season in the spring or did it end with the switch to the nov 1-april 15 rules?
