OK, so why are they good from April to April? It would seem to me that they would get better info on annual fish catch to go from Jan 1 to Jan 1. No wonder they always say they don't have all the data because the catch card data is not in yet. I renewed my liscense yesterday because I need the '03 parking tag. From what the gal said, my '02 punch card is good until April and I still use that one and then the new one after that. Wouldn't it make more sense that all of this stuff is valid at the same time? It is all so confusing......
