Someone here said tha the tribes think they are above the law.........THEY ARE....They have their own "nation" a sovereign country within the USA..they go along with regulations but if they choose not to they do their own thing and screw you WDFW..Sue Us!! We win ever single time.

Until that changes to what I think the original intent was that we all fish "IN KIND" then the fisheries will continue to decline.
