I too have had to deal with EZ Steer before, only for me it was a self induced problem. I called up the company and talked to a really nice lady that had a good laugh at what I had done. She proceded to get my info and sent the part I needed to Sportco where I picked it up and reinstalled the set up. Like you I cannot say enough about the service I got from them.
