Go to almost any big hardware store , Home D, Lowes, Fred ms, and ask someone for colored tape they all carry it pink, bright orange ,real hi-vis , doesn't wear off ,takes 2 seconds to apply and you get enough to last you forever for a couple of bucks. I tried almost every paint and procedure I could think of and never found anything that would stick as well as tape. you might want to call around as they don't have a big calling for it, but you will find it , lowes is where I found mine.
