steelheadfisher,
I, for one, am glad you are on this board, 11 years old or not. Welcome aboard and I hope you will contribute much more in the years to come.
Sorry you had to find out this way, but as you can see you don't have to be a "kid" to not know what you are talking about. For the record, there is nothing wrong with being a kid and I would venture to say that most of us old duffers don't really know as much as we should about what we are talking about. But this fact will always remain: if you truly wish to be heard and earn the respect and admiration of others, like Bob on this board, you must be honest even if it's uncomfortable. Coming clean on your profile was a good move and you're on the right track now. Honesty is always the best policy and integrity is the only thing that will ever establish your credibility on this board or anywhere else for that matter. Experience and knowlege are worthless without the wisdom that comes from truth. It is the "fishermans curse" to tell the truth and we all struggle with it, but I'm sure your father will tell you that you will never be sorry for telling it like it really is.
Besides, I know when you post that 20# steelhead you're going to catch (maybe the Skook?

) you'd like everyone to believe it.
So tell me the truth, who really is the best fisherman in your family? You, your dad or your mom?
