I want to be sure to get this right... With all the state budget cuts going around our local hatcherys are in jeopardy so...instead of allowing the "surplus" of wilds that have made it past pollution, nets, and destruction of habitat, we are going to allow the kill of a valuable asset that may reduce the future need of state involvement to supplement the return of steelhead to our rivers. I think I got that right, but I still don't get it....
