Any suggestions on water depth to start looking for perch in Lake Sawyer in the Spring would be helpful.

Same for Lake Washington.

I find perch in Lake Washington along the weedbeds in the summer casting crappie jigs with an ultra light spinning outfit.

During the fall they really school up in 38-40 feet of water where my depth sounder will read huge clouds of perch from the bottom to near the surface. It is a great fishery for young and old.

I have never fished it in the spring so am looking for all the info I can get on local perch and crappie waters around Seattle or nearby.

Thanks for all the help, I look forward to more suggestions.
