A hash is fun and convenient because you can add whatever you want at the time. I don't have a specific recipie, but usually it includes: salmon or steelhead, onion, cheddar, scrambled eggs, hash browns, cooking wine, garlic, cayanne and black pepper. If I have them, I'll often add bell pepper, tomato, shrimp or whatever sounds good. Salmon hash is the favorite sunday breakfast in my house!
