At first I though you were moving to Newport, Oregon. Lived in that area for 12 years and wish I still did - hard to make a living down there though. ODFW is doing better with their wild fish than we are - guess it helps to have no treaty indian fisheries and no nets. But a Newport on the dry side? Can't help ya much but wish you well - winter steelhead withdrawal is going to be a biatch, though
