Rockhopper, we fish by the tides. Troll on the flood and anchor in 15'-30' of water on the ebb.

Troll herring or spinners, we use a sliding lead
droper 12"-30" and 4-6 oz. cannon ball and a 5' 30# leader w/ solid tied 4/0 hooks.

Anchor fishing.... watch people around you to see what droper length is working..... most of the time a 30" droper w/ 48" leader to a T50
flatfish/K15 Kwikfish w/ fresh bait rap.....and let them eat it

And DON"T....DON"T bleed your fish on a rope tied to the boat
