actually im fishin and your biting. when i write about something and you disagree and post something then we have whats called a dialog. The central idea of a democracy is to gather and discuss as many ideas and viewpoints as possible. are you more likely to discover the truth about a subject if you have two ideas to choose from ? or two thousand viewpoints to choose from? Have I wrote about anything that has no relation to fishing? If this country bankrupts itself to finance wars does our fisheries not suffer from underfunding? do orcas and sea lions and damns and nets have nothing to do with fishing? do jigs not catch fish? I think the problem is that fishing attracts many of the more conservative pursuation as does this board and you want every post to look and sound just like yours? Do you really not see a conection between that quote and our current situation nationally and even on this board? ,where anyone who has a differing viewpoint is automatically seen as against the united states people or pro terrorism? I think that the truth hurts so much sometimes that we all become so defensive that we cannot see the truth even when it is right under our noses. I dont care if you dont like what i write, dont read it then!!! are you such a moron that you cant figure that out? and as far as my post on vigilante action when it comes to poachers....I will never stop viewing the rivers that I fish as my church and I never want my church to turn out like blue creek. In closing... it is not the people with opinions that you disagree with that is the problem, the problem is the ones with no opinions at all.. when it comes to our environment-- "I stand for what I stand on" but I will not apologize if you disagree. if any of you wanna come pound this liberal protestor, we could set up a boxing smoker with proceeds to benefit the wild steelhead coalition, and you can come and take a try at wailing on a protestor that I know you wanna wail on... wataya say? take a try cowlitzfisherman for a good cause? I will dionate $1,000 to wsc if you can outdebate me on a war with iraq or if you can defeat me in a boxing match set up to give all proceeds to wsc. come on... liberals are week minded fools that cant stand up for anything that takes guts right?
