Thank you for possibly coming to your senses. I hope you see that wasting scarce resources on litigation is not the best way to solve our problems at this time. Resources that would have gone to defend your lawsuit can now be used to continue hatchery reforms that are just beginning to show promise. The political process for change is an agonizingly slow grind but it will pay off if we are diligent and sincerely work together. Lawsuits are, of course, adversarial by nature.
