Since we lost the posts on this one, I thought I'd run through that great dinner one more time

Started with:

Full order thin cut onion rings and California Avacado Crab rolls.

Soup: Chicken Tortilla

Main course: Cowboy Steak, 16 oz. NY strip, dusted with blackening, medium rare. Red-skinned garclic mashed potatoes and biscuit & butter.

Dessert: Motherloade Cake of course, six layer, chocolate cake crusted with walnuts.

Oh my, it's been two days and we're still finishing things off!
