It is to bad that a person who has been issued a citation has to give up time from work, as well as pay to prove his innocence. It would be nice if the courts would have to reimburse the defendant if found innocent. I think that there would be more righteous tickets issued if this were the case. By the way I have seen police cars that have to have their speedometers recalibrated, the certified speedometer can fail as well!!!!!
