I have had the opportunity to fish with John last year when my brother and I popped our sturgeon cherries.

John is a VERY good guide. He had us into double and triple-headers on keeper sturgeon in February when nobody nearby was catching fish. Our goal was to learn the ropes so we could go on our own. John was very helpful and taught us everything we needed to know to get started.

If you can go fish with John, DO IT!! You won't be let down. We saw him on the river Saturday and got three peelers to the boat for his clients. Of course, we got seven to the boat...but that was just luck!!
