Just a Thought? Why is it not common or productive to fish the lower green for steelhead. Some of the areas we fish for summer Coho, southcenter, Tukwilla, Boeing bridge,etc, have some decent looking steelhead water. Every fish wild and hatchery have to go right by all those spots, and they would be in chrome bright condition. Just Wondering?????
