We got one also. It must be some kind of marketing effort. As usual it has your name and customer # on it so they have your wallet in their sights. I don't know how much it must have cost them but I hope the wife asks me to put little pieces of paper with item # on pages for a Christmas wish list. I just hate to think of the bill that will come shortly after.
