Easy Limits River Nutrients Registered: 05/06/01 Posts: 2959 Loc: Nisqually	Fishing Elliott Bay is pretty easy. Start your troll as soon as you hit the water from W. Seattle. Troll towards Todds. The magic number on the downrigger is 55 feet. If it is still dark when you are fishing try trolling right on the surface.
