Looks like when you specified the file you placed http://www.piscatorialpursuits.com/uploads/up3026
in the tags instead of
http://www.piscatorialpursuits.com/uploads/UP3026.jpg

forgetting the .jpg tag on the end of the file and not capitalizing the UP. You're very close to getting it right though.
