I just returned from neah Bay and I also have a 16' Lund. If I were fishing Neah Bay in the next couple of weeks in my Lund I would troll a plug cut herring in the shallow water near the green can at the entrance to the harbor at Neah Bay near the Coast Guard dock. Fish early and late for Kings. Anywhere directly out in front of the harbor entrance should work. Fish in 50' of water near the bottom. A 6 ounce lead should do the trick with a slow troll.
