"“John’s extensive background in government and business will enable him to help the commission effectively direct the Department of Fish and Wildlife,” Locke said. “His strong administrative and leadership skills and experience working with county officials will be a valuable asset to the commission.”

Can anyone please explain "how" a person's extensive background in government and business will help promote our hunting and fishing opportunity? Just what the Commissions needs. . .another bureaucrat to manage our fish and wildlife! mad mad

Why can't we every get just one ordinary person appointed to our commission who isn't already a dame bureaucrat?
