That was a HOT day of fishing! Took home a 20 lb. king, released a 12 and another 3 smaller ones myself. Some of the nate silvers were pretty big, saw 2 that were at or pushing 10 lbs (all nate silvers released) we caught more of these these than anything else. The pinks were pesky as expected, kept the downriggers going off about every 5 minuites after we got into them. Kept one big one maybe 8 lbs. The hac. silvers we got were running 4-5 lbs. but bigger ones were caught the day before. Randy spotted a Humpback whale while we were running up to the fishing grounds about 6am, later, in the afternoon we had some small (porpoise??) swimming around the boat popping their blow-holes at us, close enough to scrach their backs with your rod tip!! All in all a very kool day on the water...........c/22 thumbs
