This early in the season you might want to stick to the kitsap penninsula side (Kingston,Jeffhead) for silvers or pinks near the shipping lanes. The bait box in the early am high tide is always a good bet if your set on fishing possesion. As is the horseshoe hole just south of the point. The waters west of scatchett head can be good for silvers when they're in. I like to start at the yellow can by double bluff at low tide and work the rips untill I find them and then follow them towards the west side of possesion when the incoming tide pushes the bait towards the bar.
