Boat is in the shop getting 100 hour service done.
About the power tilt, can't lift the motor up or down. Olympic Boats told me about a nylon screw on the side of the motor that would release the pressure. It worked and the motor is now manually up.
Olympic boats suspects water got into the pump motor and it froze up.
Warranty will definitely cover it, so I should be back up and running by the weekend. Hope to you all out there real soon.
