The Lowell launch is nice(two lanes and long dock between). The downtown Snohomish launch at Maple Street has its problems: not a great deal of parking, one narrow steep ramp that drops off at the end, usually crowded and etiquette is on the low end. Plus you need to know the tides, when it's low you won't be able to pull out until it turns around and then some.
