Wow, that is a change. Years ago, I broke a fenwick, by getting it tangled in the anchor rope. I sent it in, explaining that it was my fault, and could they please sell me a new tip. After a while, I sent them another letter, asking what their response was. A few days later, I got my rod back, with a new tip. A few days after that, I got another package with a brand new rod!

Needless to say, I was pretty high on Fenwick for a long time after that. But then they got sold a few times, and it seems like they lost sight of the northwest marketplace. So I moved on.

I still use that rod, however. Sold the other one to a friend, and he's still catching fish on it.
